ABOUT US

Here at Mac's Firewood our ready to burn logs have been processed then seasoned for upto 2 years, depending on age and species.  This means we can guarantee our firewood will have a moisture content between 15% - 20% ensuring our customers receive ready to burn firewood every time.

Burning logs with a low moisture content not only gives off greater heat for longer but it releases less emissions and is less likely to cause a build up in your flue.

We remove any debris and stack our cut firewood in drying sheds to keep them as clean as possible and encourage the natural drying process.  We then package or load the firewood, again removing any debris we didn't catch the first time and deliver clean firewood to Perthshire homes.

We have a wide, free delivery area throughout Perthshire that you can find on our firewood delivery page. 

We've kept our costs as low as possible but due to being a new small company there may be a minimum order for net sacks & some areas in Perthshire that we would have to charge a small fee for.  You'll get more details on our delivery page but if your unsure or have any questions please give us a call and we'll do our best to deliver your firewood for as little as possible.
